Order Processing
Orders will be processed once we have received your order form by email or fax.

Production
Production scheduling will commence upon receipt of:

1. Type and/or artwork*; and
2. A deposit of 50% of the invoice total
3. Production, itself, will commence once all art proofs and/or pre-production samples have been approved in writing.

Artwork*
Artwork must consist of a high quality black and white copy. No color or gray scales are suitable. Please send artwork electronically as a high resolution .jpeg, .tif, or Coreldraw 9 (CDR/CPT) file.
