The Conciere at the Boston Hyatt had received them the day before my arrival which was Thursday, November 15th. The trophy company did an excellent job with packaging and sent the trophies in very nice presentation style boxes. At the reception, the honorees were really thrilled with the trophies and I could hear the ooohs and aaahs from the audience as they were presented, particularly the one with the star which fit nicely into our theme for the evening, "A Tribute to Excellence: Shining Stars." I truly appreciate all that you did to help in the selection and arrangements for the trophies.
